Mason Breeding

**Co-Founder, Talent Director**
In 2019, Mason ditched his 9-5 job with a $1.5 billion diversified global manufacturing company to pursue his dream of creating the world’s most creator-friendly talent agency.
Today, Mason is the Talent Director at Crusader and represents 32+ creators as they grow their channels.

Mason holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Professional Sales and Marketing from The University of Toledo, Negotiation Mastery Certification from Harvard Business School Online, and a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.

Brooke Elverston Jordan

**Co-Founder, Business Development Director**
In 2019, Brooke made a career pivot from her position as a marketing consultant and startup advisor in the biotech industry to enter the world of gaming. Brooke co-founded Crusader Talent with the ultimate goal of becoming more than just a talent agency - creating a community of elite gamers, and allowing them to collaborate, learn, and grow from each other, while simultaneously transforming their passions into long-term viable careers.

Brooke currently oversees the strategic planning, brand development, and commercial operations of Crusader Talent.

Brooke attended Universidad EAFIT in Medellín, Colombia, and holds a Marketing Certification from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Master of Business Administration with Merit from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
